Welcome to Malö camping!

Malö camping has a picturesque location just nearby Malö strömmar, widely known by sailors. Malö is a small island just outside the western part of Orust and are linked to the mainland by a non charged cable ferry. Malö, Flatön and Ängön, which has become known in the songs of national poet Evert Taube, are located just next to each other and are connected by a bridge.

You can stay with your caravan, motorhome or tent at our campsite. The tent spots are placed right at the shore. All campers have access to the service building.

We also have cottages for rent. They are furnished with a small kitchen, bunkbed, sofa bed and dining table. There’s also outdoor furnitures on the porch. The cottages are designed for four people, but there´s also room for a fifth person.

At the campsite you´ll find our grocery shop, where you can find pretty much anything you need during your stay, such as fresh bread, dairy products and sweets.

The sea around Malö is perfect for kayaking, both for experienced and beginners. West of Malö is the open ocean and on the east side it´s relatively sheltered from the winds.

Malö is located 80 km north of Gothenburg, about one hour drive, and 30 minutes west of Uddevalla.
